Three Graces

Three Graces presents three elongated figures reaching skyward, balancing gesture, movement, and simplified form. Through layered linework and sculptural treatment of the human figure, the composition creates rhythm and connection between the three forms while maintaining individuality within each pose.

Drawing inspiration from the long artistic tradition of the Three Graces motif, Bud Egger reinterprets the subject through his own contemporary visual language. The figures become less about portraiture and more about movement, relationship, and symbolic presence—existing somewhere between anatomy, sculpture, and abstraction. The result feels both classical and distinctly modern, inviting multiple interpretations while emphasizing balance, unity, and human connection.
