The History of Astoria

The History of Astoria

"The History of Astoria", an Americana print by Bill W. Dodge was originally commissioned for the cover of a book called "The History of Astoria" by local author Karen Leedom. It has iconic images from Astoria that span from the Lewis and Clark Trail to current times. You will find the iconic places and points in history, including the fire, logging, Lewis and Clark, fishing, the Flavel House, the Astoria Column, the Trolley "Old 300", the Coast Guard, the Liberty Theatre, spear fishing and you may find more. There is always so much to see in this fun, whimsical, and intricate images. The book is also available through the Angi D Wildt Gallery. There are a limited number of books signed by the author and artist. When those have been sold, they will only be signed by the author.
