"Siamese Cats" is an original Americana painting by Lowell Herrero, which is part of the Bill W Dodge collection. Dodge had galleries in San Francisco and Carmel before moving to Astoria, Oregon in 1990 to open a gallery. He represented and met many Americana artists that are part of his collection. This painting features cats poised behind a broken vase of red roses, looking as innocent as cats do. Herrero was known for his whimsical, playful paintings.
