Decoris

Decoris captures a luminous horizon where shifting clouds part to reveal a clear, radiant sky. Reflections extend across the water below, drawing the eye inward through layered tones of deep blue, soft gold, and muted coral.

Burke’s composition balances movement and structure—the sky opening in broad, expressive passages while the reflection below creates a sense of calm continuity. Light travels through the painting, connecting sky and water in a unified field.

Both expansive and composed, Decoris conveys a quiet clarity, where atmosphere gives way to a moment of openness and light.
