This piece was originally commissioned by parents for their daughter who owned the Edelstein's Furniture store. The logo is painted on the horse drawn delivery van. The house is gorgeous with blue trimmed windows against the yellow exterior. There are stained glass windows, porches with railings, wrought iron spears at the top of the house. There are so many wonderful details with the animals at play nearby. There are always new details to notice in the paintings by Bill W Dodge. The painting ships from the owner after the sale. There is a dedication to Susan on the bottom left side of the painting.  The painting is framed, which is included.
