Fond Memory of Bill W Dodge

I was working on Bill W Dodge's page on the website and "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" came on the jazz music channel. It felt like he visited for a minute. This was an original, never scanned painting inspired by a double rainbow that he'd seen a couple of years ago. It sold fairly quickly after it was painted. He had wanted to start a series of 5" x 7" paintings, possibly commissions that would encompass what inspired each individual client when they thought about what Astoria meant to them.
